Does ISO certification mean much for a penny stock?

I would have to believe that it does. It would certainly have meaning with its customer base. This particular company very very small however. Postage stamp size. It does seem to be on the verge of profitability for what that might be worth. But a world wide recession, which we are on the verge of, would probably be its death warrant.
