Is there anything I can do to prevent a foreclosure when lender is not willing to sell to inverster?
I am selling my condo in short sale, but lender is not willing to sell it to investor. There is no interest from people to buy it for a primary residence. So lender is forcing me to foreclose.
Is there anything I can do to prevent a foreclosure?
I am in process of buying a short sell house. Am I missing anything?
I am working with Bank/Seller’s realtor. I do not have a realtor.
House is 7 years old and in excellent condition. No work is needed as far as I can tell.
I am going to have
1. Home Inspection with professional inspector
2. Home owner’s insurence
3. Title insurence
I just want to make sure I am doing everything I should be. I am buying this house with 100% cash payment.
are there any good places online to learn about the stock market without buying anything?
just lookin for a place online that might have any info on the stock market and the like without paying for memberships or buying cd’s and junk. anything out there like that?
