Why doesnt this stock moves in price?

I know I shouldn’t be investing in penny stocks, and also im new to stocks, but this stock price was great because this company seem as if it has potential so I bought it at 0.0001 and 3 months later its still at 0.0001 with large volume everyday. Also this isn’t the only company that I see at this same low price for mouths. My question is why doesn’t these company’s stock price moves with this large volume?
