Why does Obama continue to deflate the stock market and the dollar by his irrseponsible rambling and metteling?

The stock market continues to decline as Obama makes one mistake after the other but instead of getting rid of the sec of the treasury and letting capitalism work he now favors giving tax dollars for Fiat. Any cost for Chrysler should be paid by mercedes for their bad handling of Chrysler.
